the last days of analog
This series contains unedited digital photos of the television taken during the last months of the analog broadcast signal, chosen from over 3000 images for various reasons. I was interested in the unseen politics of converting to digital, including the implications for lower income citizens and large media conglomerates alike. As it turns out, my "memorial series" did not mark the absolute end of analog, but it did document the last signal in the area of the United States that I was living in during 2009.
